We are looking for an Administration Officer to provide administrative support in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors for daily and household issues
  • Responsible for general office administration such as procurement, office repair & maintenance, office supplies, office expense, printed matter, incoming calls and other admin support
  • Coordinate with related parties for flight ticket, hotel arrangement and related travel document
  • Maintain an updated filing record

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Management with secretarial training or any related discipline
  • 3 years or above relevant experience in MNC preferred
  • Solid experience in serving expatriate is a must
  • Good Customer services and good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Well-organized, independent, mature, attentive to details and helpful service attitude
  • Proficiency in MS word, excel & outlook
  • Able to work in multi-national culture
