Seven Circle Bangladesh Ltd. (SCBL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SSGIL producing cement sacks for in-house use and for the local market. The Cement Bag Plant was established in 2002, with an installed capacity of 24 million bags per year. By November 2005 the capacity was doubled to meet increased demands. The plant continues to produce 48 Million bags per year. The large capacity allows the plant to supply bags to other local and multinational cement manufactures in Bangladesh.

On average, around 50% of the cement bag factory’s production is for the Group’s own brand, Seven Rings Cement. The rest of the capacity is used to supply cement bags to numerous local and multinational cement producers in Bangladesh.
